By train
With the TGV Atlantique high-speed train, you need only 3 hours to travel from Paris Montparnasse to Bordeaux Saint-Jean railway station.

The Saint-Jean railway station is just 10 minutes from the city centre. A tram departing from the station takes you directly to the Place de la Bourse in Bordeaux.
